Zinc-ammonium flux

The product is a mixture of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride in liquid form. Standard flux is characterized by the following parameters: total salt – 700 g/l, salt ratio – 60/40 (ZnCl₂/NH₄Cl). Both the total salt and its ratio can be changed at the Client’s request. Zinc-ammonium flux is used in hot dip galvanizing as a flux bath additive or for filling a new flux bath.

Zinc-ammonium flux pH+

The product is a mixture of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride in the form of an aqueous solution with the addition of Active Zinc Oxide RC100. Zinc-ammonium flux pH+ is characterized by an increased pH level, which makes it an excellent solution for hot-dip galvanizing plants in the field of simultaneous refilling of the flux bath and pH correction without adversely affecting the salt ratio and salt concentration.
