The RCu copper nano powder group was created in response to the growing demand for nano materials used in many branches of industry. Thanks to their particle size, the Rcu product group is characterised by unique chemical, physical and mechanical properties, more pronounced than the properties of the same materials in forms other than nanoforms. As a result of our work, three Rcu product types have been created: matte, pure and shiny.
The RCu matte copper nano powder is characterised by a spherical particle of nanometre size and copper content of over 98.5%. Due to its high purity and small particle size this product has been applied in the combat against viruses and bacteria. It can be used as an additive to foils, plastics, rubber and paints.
RCu pure copper nano powder has the highest purity level (over 99%) and spherical nano particles aggolmerated to the level of micron clusters. Thanks to the nano particle agglomerates the product is easy to use and at the same time it has good dispersibility. RCu pure is applied in the combat against viruses and bacteria. It can be used as an additive to foils, plastics, rubber and paints.
The RCu shiny copper nano powder has high purity (over 98.5%) and a particle with flat (flake-like) shape. Additional advantage of RCu shiny is its copper, shiny colour. This product is applied as additive to high temperature lubricants, filaments, conductive inks and paints.
